Job Description

• Maintain landscape inventories and storage area for materials, tools, equipment, and accessories
  
• Maintain and update landscape inventory list
  
• Monitor inventory levels
  
• Manage landscape subcontractors and vendors
  
• Report on workload, material usage, and subcontractor performance to management
  
• Manage landscape inventory
  
• Maintain landscape tools and equipment
  
• Perform all landscaping and maintenance duties
  

Requirements
-Understanding of construction methods and technologies -Ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts -May have knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling -Knowledge of jobsite safety practices required
