Responsible to the Company Directors to ensure all activities are performed safety and in accordance with the contract.

Liaise with the client on the day to day operational and service matters of the RLS contract.
Conduct daily visits to all site locations to ensure contact compliance.
Conduct frequent audits and inspections on services being provided.
Implement on the job training as and when required to employees.
Provide the Specialist Group HQ with a daily MIS report on all contract activities.
Attend meetings with the client as required.
Responsible for the monitoring of all Specialist Group's subcontractors being used on the RLS contract.
Product and record daily statistics of all services carried out at the sites.
Manage the manpower requirement for all Specialist Group RLS employees and monitor the leave plan ensuring all services are covered during rest days and leave periods.

Report all near miss and accidents to the HSE Manager.

Experience:

- similar: 1 year (preferred)
