Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with 360-degree AI-powered recruiting and job search solutions.
