Salina Real Estate is hiring an Experienced Sales Team Leader to join the company with a team of minimum 4 Sales Agents.

The Sales Team Leader should have a minimum of 5 years 5 years of Dubai Real Estate Experience overall including 2 years Experience managing a team and meeting targets.

Well-versed with the Dubai Real Estate Market.

Capable of providing training and day to day duties to Team members.

Maintaining a strong portfolio with landlords & investors

Able to provide best investment advice to Investors and End users.

Set and develop a strategy for team goals.

Communicates deadlines and sales goals to Team members.

Submits a comprehensive report of the Team's activities on a daily basis.

Keep up to date with the market trend including new developments and changes in regulations.

Qualifications:
Valid UAE Driving License & Excellent communication skills.

Broker ID (preferred)

Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader.

Possesses excellent organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Preferred Bi-lingual or more)

Punctual, well presented and with a good work ethic.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
