MainTasks:

The prime responsibility of Policy &Workflow Automation Officer is :

• Toliaise with IT departments of EDW & Finnone projects, GroupRisk Management, Retail Lending Business and External Vendors on anon-going basis.
• Implement any newlydeveloped/redeveloped/re-engineered processes related toApplication, Collections and Recoveries on the DMsystem.
• Implement any newly formulated/enhancedscore based strategies on the DMsystem.
• Implement any newly formulated/enhancedreports on the DM system.
• Ensure seamlessregular execution of scorecards, underwriting rules, automationstrategies and reports on the DM system.
• Handleany exceptions or complaint raised over DM outputs w.r.t. policywaivers/ underwriting or Collection strategies andreports.
• Track the impact of newly deployeddecisioning strategies.
• Analyze the performanceof workflows and strategies e.g. approve/reject, ruleseffectiveness and optimization, and proposeenhancements.
• Understand any additionalbusiness requirements pertaining to DM System and manage itsfulfillment in the form of aproject.

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sDegree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering,Mathematics.
• Hands on experience in Risk BasedRetail Lending Business Strategies.
• IT ProjectManagement - Prior experience of DM system implementation inanother organization is highlypreferred..
