    Job SummaryGranulation Expert is expected to Initiate Propose and Execute research and development Debottlenecking/Revamp New product development programs directed towards the improvement of processes and introduction of new products.

    Lead inhouse new process technology development scale up & implementations in commercial granulation. Provide technology support to commercial plants for the shutdown turnover and recommissioning as needed. Provide troubleshooting & Root cause analysis support and drive problem resolution for commercial plants.

    The technologist is also expected to provide support in Growth ProjectsKey Responsibilities:
    Provide troubleshooting & Root cause analysis support for commercial plantsLead various new postreactor product developments through Granulation TechniquesParticipate in inhouse new process technology development scale up & implementations in commercial plantsEngage and Lead Feasibility study & Revamp studies for effective granulator operation at plant scale and semicommercial scalesIndependently Review Engineering Documents & Provide Steering inputDesign and supervise pilot plant experimental runs including preliminary reviews data interpretation and final reportingCollect and interpret plant process data to make recommendations for improvements and ensure standardized work processes are optimizedActively contribute to plant safety and quality programs

    Requirements:
    This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Jubail Saudi Arabia.

    Preferably holds a Masters or PhD degreeMasters degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience or PhD with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Development Plant Support Modeling and OptimizationDemonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilitiesStrong leadership skills to effectively collaborate and influence individuals from diverse disciplines and culturesAbility to create foster and drive a culture of innovation within the organization Disclaimer:
