Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in lastmile operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

Skills

• Strong understanding of lastmile delivery processes and operational metrics.
• Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities across departments.
• Advanced problemsolving and organizational skills.

Key Accountabilities

• Last Mile Operations Management
• Plan, manage, and optimize lastmile delivery operations to achieve cost and performance targets.
• Monitor delivery KPIs, including ontime delivery, customer satisfaction, and cost per delivery, and implement improvement strategies where necessary.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in delivery processes, ensuring timely and seamless order fulfillment.
• Collaboration and Coordination
• Work closely with Area Managers, Store Managers, and File Mile teams to align lastmile operations with broader omnichannel goals.
• Coordinate with external logistics providers to manage delivery capacity and maintain service quality.
• Process Improvements
• Develop and implement best practices for lastmile operations based on analytics and operational insights.
• Leverage technology to streamline processes, track deliveries, and improve operational transparency.

Communications & Working Relationships

• Internal
• Regular meetings with Omni-Operations Manager and relevant department heads.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain & logistics team.
• Frequent updates and collaboration with Area Managers, Store Managers, Data Analyst and File Mile Manager.
• External
• As required, liaise with logistics providers, software vendors, and consultants.
