    The RoleAs a Dealer Performance Programs and Projects Management Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, and tracking of dealer incentive and performance programs within a global automotive organization.

    You will work closely with the team to monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that programs are executed smoothly and efficiently.

    This internship offers hands-on exposure to program management, data tracking, and stakeholder communication across multiple functions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that directly impact dealer performance and customer experience.###
    What You'll Do Monitor dealer performance and incentive programs against defined timelines and budgets
    • Maintain accurate records of program milestones, deliverables, and financial status
    • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution
    • Schedule and manage touchpoints with stakeholders to review progress and address issues
    • Identify potential roadblocks or delays and escalate them to the appropriate team for resolution
    • Support preparation of status reports, dashboards, trackers, and recommendations for management review
    • Ensure all program documentation and reporting are up to date and accessible for stakeholders###
      Your Skills & Abilities Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving###
