This pipeline helps us create a talent pool for multiple S&C Academy cohorts planned throughout the year.

The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career.

Who You'll become

As a Technology Consultant, you will help customers implement and adopt SAP solutions so they realize measurable business outcomes.

In this early-career role, you will support both solution delivery and post-go-live adoption across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP—applying AI-enabled insights to accelerate enablement, release adoption, usage monitoring, and value realization.

You'll develop skills in IT strategy, SAP technologies, cloud solutions, and AI, learning hands‑on through real projects with guidance from experienced consultants.

This role is a strong entry point into enterprise consulting, where you'll help customers successfully implement and adopt solutions, use AI to improve outcomes, and grow your career in a collaborative, supportive team environment.

What you'll do:

• Successfully complete a structured 12month learnandapply academy program
• Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and realcustomer engagement scenarios
• Support solution implementation activities including fittostandard analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and golive using SAP Activate
• Assist in translating business requirements into functional and technical solution components under guidance
• Contribute to defining IT landscapes and integration points aligned with enterprise architecture principles
• Support postgolive adoption activities, including enablement planning and release adoption
• Help monitor usage, consumption indicators, KPIs, and value realization metrics
• Contribute to Outcome Success Plans and track postdeployment business impact
• Leverage AIenabled tools to enhance delivery quality, adoption insights, and documentation efficiency
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, and partners to maintain alignment
• Learn and apply SAP methodologies, agile practices, and integrated toolchains to support highquality project execution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, knowledge assets, and customer experience

Expectations and Tasks:

• Support customer relationships through consistent delivery quality, responsiveness, and professionalism
• Ensure disciplined execution, documentation, and followup across implementation and adoption activities
• Provide clear and concise communications aligned to customer priorities and business outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain clarity of roles, responsibilities, and ownership
• Identify potential risks related to delivery or adoption and support mitigation planning
• Ensure alignment between customer objectives, SAP recommendations, and realized outcomes
• Uphold SAP standards for quality, governance, and engagement excellence

What You Bring

• STEM degree or equivalent technology experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in technology, consulting, or related fields, with exposure to enterprise application environments.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable endtoend solution designs, including integration points and applicable standards.
• Foundational understanding of SAP product portfolio, interoperability, and full lifecycle implementation support.
• Experience contributing to SAP S/4HANA Cloud and/or SAP BTP environments.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA data modeling, ABAP, data management, GRC, and core security concepts (SSO, authorization management).
• Familiarity with hybrid/multicloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration concepts/APIs.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills with a customerfocused mindset and interest in AI/automationdriven innovation.
• SAP coursework or certification in SAP Technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic to effectively engage with our global and local network

We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program, which will likely involve participants spending two (2) weeks, spread across one trip, in San Ramon, California.

This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands‑on learning and networking opportunities.

During intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success.

As such, vacation will not be approved during some critical times of the program.
