Job Summary:

As a Business development manager for our Facility Management Company, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and promoting our facility management solutions.

This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and sales acumen to effectively convey the value proposition of our services.


Key Responsibilities:


Technical Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of the facility management services offered by the company.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to facility management.


Client Engagement:
Engage with potential clients to understand their facility management requirements and challenges.
Provide technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.


Solution Customization:
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor facility management solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
Develop and present customized proposals that address client requirements effectively.

Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the sales process.
Assist in the preparation of quotes, bids, and proposals.

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their long-term goals and fostering trust in our solutions.
Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.

Training and Education:
Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they fully understand the features and functionalities of our facility management solutions.
Stay informed about updates and new features, educating both clients and internal teams.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, business, or related discipline).
  • Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably in the facility management or related industry.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Driving licence is a must
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
  • Fitout experience is a plus

Pay:
AED4, AED4,500.00 per month
