As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing routine and preventive maintenance for company trucks, heavy machinery, and support vehicles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee Daily Transportation Operations: Schedule and dispatch vehicles and equipment to meet operational needs, ensuring timely delivery of personnel and materials to job sites.
      • ">
    • Maintenance Management: Manage routine and preventive maintenance for company trucks, heavy machinery, and support vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
      • ">
    • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all transportation operations are conducted in accordance with established safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
      • ">
    • Staff Supervision: Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with third-party service providers as needed.
      • ">
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repairs, costs, and maintenance schedules to optimize efficiency and control costs.

    • Operational Optimization: Monitor fuel usage, parts inventory, and service logs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Education: Diploma in automobile or equivalent.

    • Experience: Proven UAE experience as a Transportation and Maintenance Supervisor (minimum 2 years, preferably in construction).

    • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience in a supervisory or foreman role is essential.

    • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities effectively.

    • UAE Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
