As part of our growth strategy, we are currently seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Account Manager for our Professional Beauty Department.

Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for professional beauty brands like Oak, Lotus, Iconic, Copacabana, etc., to strengthen brand presence in the Dubai market.

Content Creation:
Generate compelling content for home care and salon-focused marketing initiatives, spanning social media, websites, and promotional materials.

Photoshoots and Video Production:
Oversee and coordinate photoshoots and video production to highlight the features and benefits of our professional beauty products.

Social Media Management:
Manage and curate content on various social media platforms, fostering engagement and building a community around our brands.

Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns.

Events and Promotions:

Plan and execute events, promotions, and collaborations to boost brand awareness and drive product sales across both home care and salon channels.

Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product development。

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven marketing experience, with a focus on professional beauty products.
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
Experience in coordinating photoshoots and video production.
Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing skills
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
Familiarity with the professional beauty industry, including home care and salon segments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
