- Minimum of 3 years of related UAE experience with a reputed firm.
Roles & Responsibilities / Job Description:
- Manage the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews with hiring managers, collecting feedback, and facilitating follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to tailor recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have the necessary information and resources for a smooth transition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and knowledge in recruitment.
- Handson experience with the job sites with the knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites.
- Outstanding organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
