Job Summary:
The Business Analyst (BA) conducts analysis to deliver datadriveninsights recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholdersin order to drive more informed decision making around our ManagedServices strategy and solutions.

Rolesand Responsibilities:

• Drive insightsand support informed decision making for the Managed Servicessolutioning team using complex data analysis and research.
• Design and manage therequired data sets and reports/ dashboards required to support theoperations of the Managed Services solutioning team.
• Conduct and maintainbenchmarking and market positioning analysis and reports.
• Use market/ internal datato help inform the Managed Services solutioning strategy.
• Utilize data analysis toolsand techniques to interpret complex data and provide meaningfulinsights more broadly for the Managed Services solutioning team.
• Prepare presentationsreports and dashboards to present meaningful findings tostakeholders.
• Act as aliaison between stakeholders to ensure clear communication andunderstanding of analysis/ project scope and requirements.
• Assist in projectmanagement tasks such as project planning monitoring progress andcommunication with stakeholders.
• Support the implementationof changes to processes systems or products related to the ManagedServices Solutioning team including training and creatingdocumentation as necessary.

• Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to work with large amountsof data to identify trends and solutions
• Strong desktop research andmarket analysis skills
• Ability to manage multipleprojects/ datasets.
• Excellent English verbaland written communication skills with the ability to interacteffectively with all levels of management
• Advanced knowledge andproven experience on creating dynamic PowerPoint presentations
• Advanced knowledge of MSExcel Word
• Advancedknowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (Power BIAlteryx etc.)
• Ability toadapt to changing business needs cultures and environments
• Selfmotivated confidenthold strong work ethics
• Proficient in written andspoken English. Arabic is a plus
• Bachelors degree inbusiness administration computer science data analytics or arelated field.
• 35 years ofexperience as a Business Analyst. Experience at a leading marketinsights or research entity a plus.
