- Bachelor's degree fromaccredited college/university with 5+ years of relevant workexperiences with 3+ years of experience in the sustainability orclimate change consulting area
- A track recordof sustainability or climate change consulting work experience,preferably in an in-house role and/or a consultingfirm
- A wealth of knowledge and expertise indecarbonization, ESG, and broader sustainability work preferablywith sales and commercial-orientedexperience
- Digital acumen and a strong desireto integrate technology solutions into SB offers, along withdemonstrated professional involvement in digitization and digitaltransformation
- Excellent people managementskills and experience, with a preference for client-facingactivities, or a strong desire to manage people in alignment withSchneider's values
- Solidunderstanding of sustainability industry trends, challenges,opportunities, and associated corporate sustainability network(i.e., prospects, client and industrycontacts)
- Ability to listen and understandprospect/customer sustainability pain points through adaptativecommunication, and to address those concerns by mapping them to SBsolutions
- Excellent communication,presentation, and time managementskills
