    OurClient, an American based remote company, is looking to hire anOTC Business Developerwith experience in the financialservices industry, to join our exciting remoteteam.

    Topcandidates are clear communicators who are highly self-motivated;eager to collaborate, exchange knowledge and apply new skills toproactively seek out weaknesses in theenvironment.

    Requirements

    • +5years of experience in sales in finance (Stockbroking/Crypto/Insurance)
    • Experiencewith B2B Cold calling
    • Knowledgeof the CryptoIndustry
    • Africannetwork base (Able to deal with different cultures panAfrica)
    • Fintechexperience or network base (Payment providersetc.)
    • Haveto have an entrepreneurialmind
    • Aproactive results drivenperson
    • Ableto work independently and execute tasks with intuition, based onbroad instructions/ objectives fromsuperiors
    • Time-managementand organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meetdeadlines
    • Theability to multitask and prioritise yourworkload
    • Excellentattention todetail
    • Anability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing withthreats and at times of highdemand.

    Responsibilities:

    As anOTC sales Trader,youll need to:

    • Identifyingand reaching out to institutional client leads through coldcalling
    • Collaboratewith marketing and salesteam
    • Researchingon market & competitor trends in the crypto institutionalspace;
    • Draftingand closing client or partnershipagreements
    • Maintainingongoing contact with institutional clients, keeping track of clientfeedback and recommending productimprovements.
    • Workclosely in a cross-functional team environment coordinating withmultiple team leads to utilize resources in delivering the OTCneeds
    • Workclosely with Head of OTC operations to define and develop detailedproduct and businessrequirements
