We're seeking a visionary and dynamic leader who is passionate about shaping market trends and building strong intra-company and client partnerships
    Your key responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic vision to grow the business and our footprint in a profitable and sustainable way in IMAT Region, focusing on UAE, Saudi Arabia and markets of expansion such as Kuwait, Oman, Turkiye, Levant and India.
    • Execute and implement a forward-thinking business strategy, manage commercial agreements, lead client projects, negotiate key contracts, and oversee the entire value chain to drive innovation and maximize business vitality and customer satisfaction in line with management expectations.
    • Lead commercial activities within the field of responsibility, including global strategy deployment, budget monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, adherence to sales and pricing practices, and participation in local management
    • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate favorable commercial terms, and proactively address client needs to unlock new business opportunities and secure dsm-firmenich as a key partner.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create holistic value propositions, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure high levels of service and supply chain efficiency.
    • Build and develop a successful team aligned with business objectives through onboarding, performance evaluation, fostering team spirit, and effective communication of corporate and business dynamics.

    You bring:

     Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing or science) and minimum of 7 years of successful sales experience in fragrance industry.
    • Minimum 7 years management position.
    • Ability to drive for results, with a competitive mindset.
    • Complex negotiations skills both internal and external.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
    • Strategic thinking and ability to see the big picture.
    • Computer literacy - fluent in English language, French and Arabic are a plus.
