Supply Chain Transformation Manager, GEM:

    Purpose Statement


Responsible for supporting the profitable and sustainable growth of Growth Emerging Markets through designing, shaping and leading Supply Chain End to End Transformation regional Programs & Initiatives through business analysis, strategic and operational planning, driving process improvements, adaptation and rollout of automation capabilities and value improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leads transformation End to End Supply Chain programs ensuring timely execution supporting global strategic supply chain objectives.
  • Drives end to end supply chain capability improvements & transformation programs.
  • Partners with global & regional supply chain leaders (Operations, Demand Planning, Transportation, Trade Compliance, Customer Services, Quality, Human Resources, Finance and Analytics Teams) and business leaders to ensure transformation activities are in line with our customer & business expectations.
  • Leading identification of supply chain improvement opportunities and initiating endtoend supply chain strategies in support of Global Supply Chain strategies and evolving global customer needs.
  • Lead financial planning for Supply Chain improvement programs in the region.
  • Effectively manage resource deployment across multiple priorities, working closely with multiple cross functional global & local teams.
  • Lead initiatives to develop and implement harmonized and standardized best practice processes for new end to end supply chain capabilities.
  • Leads internal collaboration of teams and/or stakeholders across the enterprise, leveraging a broad range of crossfunctional skills and perspectives to create innovative solutions.
  • Leads Transformation Workstreams & Project statuses through status reports.
  • Participates & leads projects as they arise.
  • Lead the region's automation journey, starting with ideation towards implementation and complete rollouts.
  • Lead a team responsible for building & improving our Supply Chain SAP End to End processes in a fast dynamic environment.
  • Support the region's growth through business case preparations ensuring different stakeholders' alignment to the proposed solutions.
  • Lead Monthly Regional End to End reviews supporting global visibility and proactiveness within different Supply Chain Functions.
  • Leads the region's Value Improvement initiatives & ensures implementation.
  • Create and implement best practices based on global industry standards.

Key Requirements

  • Proven Experience in Supply Chain Business Process improvements, end to end transformations, automation and digitalization initiatives.
  • Results Driven / Constantly focused on delivering results through different teams.
  • Deep and crossfunctional end to end supply chain capability, process, and leading practice knowledge.
  • Experience in dealing with Project Management tools, ERP systems preferably S4 Hanna, WMS systems and Supply Chain Analytics tools.
  • Breadth of knowledge including supply chain design, customer requirements, key supply chain capabilities, and differentiated business requirements.
  • Ability to influence teams / communicate effectively / Collaborate and develop strong relationships, delivering complex projects in a matrix organization.
  • Previous program/project management & people management expertise on developing and implementing processes for new supply chain solutions.
  • Proven experience of project and program management.
  • Proven experience in the development and implementation of business and supply chain strategies in Emerging Markets.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
