We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to take overall responsibility for film and television show production:/Job Responsibilities:
Work on TikTok's Global Privacy Operations handling privacy-related queries from our users based in the METAP region.
Partner with TikTok's Office of the Data Protection Officer and Legal Team to resolve user queries related to privacy.
Effectively identify and resolve problems and issues related to user-escalated privacy concerns.
Participate in and/or lead projects to improve processes, procedures, and tooling that will allow the team to scale rapidly and sustainably.
Job Requirements:
Deep understanding of data protection laws in the METAP region.
Fluent in written and spoken Arabic plus business-level English.
A data privacy background with at least 4 years of PQE experience in privacy support, a DPO role, a privacy consulting role, or similar operations setting.
Customer support experience in a fast-paced and specialized environment with a keen eye for detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
