  • Assists ERP endusers and DAX functional leads in resolving technical issues alongside the Senior Systems Analyst.
  • Resolve ERP issues by following the escalation procedure to the second level of support. This includes addressing daytoday operational issues, data uploads, and expense management, all within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • As a DST member, communicate effectively on Dynamics AXrelated queries and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments.
  • Grant access to Dynamics AX and Fosroc Insight for all business users throughout the company.
  • Ensure Dynamics support tickets, via the IT helpdesk, are monitored and actioned within agreed SLA for 100% business satisfaction.
  • Responsible for managing Citrix and Thinprint, and seeking assistance from the line manager when necessary.
  • Conduct system health checks on SQL, DAX, and Citrix servers and collaborate with the line manager to address any problems that arise.
  • Assist the line manager in amending the necessary policies and procedures for ERP administration.
  • Some travel and overtime are required to deliver projects and services to the business.
  • Regularly monitor performance and quality control plans in order to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist the line manager in developing and implementing DAX and maintaining the database program.

Responsibilities

  • The Technical Analyst provides highlevel support to all Dynamics AX ERP system users across multiple regions. They ensure all technical requests are handled within the agreed Service Level Agreement. Additionally, the role involves providing technical and administrative support to ensure efficient delivery of the Dynamics Support Team (DST) projects they are assigned, in line with business requirements.

  • Soft Skills:Functional and Technical skills:
  • Technical knowledge in Dynamics AX 2012 and DAX2009, with experience in D365. Skilled in SQL Server Administration and Management. Proficient in Citrix and ThinPrint end-user management.
  • Good understanding of the support and Administration process of D365/DAX2012/2009.

Educational requirements

  • Seeking a Computer Science graduate with 23 years of experience in Technical Support and Administration for Dynamics AX 2012 and D365. Must have a proven record in enterprise project development and delivery. Experience in DAX2009 is a plus.
