Job brief
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging
strong relationships with clients


Responsibilities:


  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  • Arranging meetings with prospective clients authorized personnel
  • Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedules for the
sales team to build on existing or potential clients

  • Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Prepare sales action plans
  • Schedule sales activity
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare development reports
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Personality, skills, and competencies:


  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales
manager, or a relevant role

  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong projects database in the construction field
  • Strong professional and Personal Network includes Developers, contractors,
consultants, engineers and end-users

  • Presentation Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident speaking on phone
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • High level of initiative and a good team player
