    Job Responsibilities:
    Ensures team member adherence to generally accepted engineering anddesign practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
    Supports the standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, anddocument templates.
    Contributes to the understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements,and customer specifications whenever viable and lawful.
    Uses local/global standards to support technical excellence.
    Supports checking, peer reviews, and incorporation of comments and findings.
    Technical supervision of project designated Instrumentation & Control designers and draftsmen in the execution of their duty.
    Preparation /checking of Specifications, data sheets.
    Performance of bid evaluation and vendor document review and approvalCarry out the design and technical reviews for all areas of work such as field instruments, control valves, DCS/PLC control systems, Fire & Gas systems, analysers, vibration monitoring systems, etc

    Qualifications


    Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to HSE management and its associated requirements in a project environmentSpecialized expertise of the regulations, codes and standards and a good understanding of onshore and offshore engineering practices applicable to Instrumentation & Control design for oil and gas facilities.

    Specialized expertise in design specifications for field instruments, control & on-off valves, DCS/PLC systems, F&G systems, liquid & gas analysers, Gas Chromatographs, condition monitoring systems, etc.

    Specialized expertise in developing calculations for SIS loops, orifice sizing, control valve sizing, thermowell wake frequency, etc.

    Specialized expertise in developing DCS functional logic, PLC logic, hook up drawings, loop drawings, wiring diagrams, interface drawings, cable block diagrams, cable schedule, panel layout drawings, cable routing drawings, cable tray/duct layouts, instrument layouts, etc.

    Expert knowledge of offshore installation techniques on brownfield projects on live facilitiesStrong technical background in either Electrical or Instrument Engineering (with knowledge of the other discipline).Working knowledge codes and standards.

    Expertise in preparation of Instrument Installation details, Junction Box wiring, Instrument Interconnection drawings,instrument Cable Schedule, Safety grounding layout, Instrument Loop drawings and Material calculation (MTO), datasheets/ specifications of various instruments.

    Highly effective technical and practical engineering skills in the Instrumentation & Control discipline, and able to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its clients.

    Specialized expertise of the fundamental requirements of the Instrumentation & Control discipline, and the basic requirements of other disciplines.

    A thorough knowledge of codes, standards and practice applicable to the design and installation of instruments (eg API, ISA, ANSI, AGA, ISO and IEC codes etc.)Specialized expertise of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.

    Minimum 12 years Instrumentation & Control engineering experience in oil and gas for offshore and onshore projectsMinimum of 5 years engineering experience in the same or similar industry, including experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.

    Good knowledge of discipline design/engineering with sufficient experience in different discipline areas.


    Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
    Full-Time Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering from an accredited university
