    JobPurpose

    The job purpose ofan Oracle Technical Consultant SCM is to oversee and manage theseamless delivery of systems processes or technologies within anorganization. The primary objective is to ensure that different
    components can effectively work together enablingefficient data flow improved operational processes and enhancedoverall performance and is responsible for strategically planningand executing projects CRs
    coordinating with stakeholdersanalyzing requirements mitigating risks ensuring quality controland driving continuous improvement. Ultimately the IntegrationManagers goal is to facilitate successful integration
    initiatives that align with the organizations objectivesoptimize efficiency and contribute to overall business success.Design and Development Oracle
    Application; to accomplishthe business goals in terms of Financial Procurement Property SalesResidential & Shops leasing. Develop functional andtechnical specifications to address new/change requirements sharedby
    business champions following the standard OracleAIM/OUM methodologies and Industry BestPractices.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications including thecreation of interactive reports interactive grids and functionbasedreports forms and dashboards.
    Customize and create newobjects using Oracle Database design SQL PL/SQL
    Renderweb services using Oracle Apex ORDS RESTful using table view querysent to a remote RESTenabled SQL database.
    Interpret XMLand JSONbased objects to consume vertical application web servicesor micro services.
    Handson experience in Oracle VisualBuilder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle JET components
    Experience in ATP (Autonomous Database for Transaction Processing)is a plus.
    Handson experience on Oracle ApplicationsFramework (OAF) Personalization/Extensions andForm.

    Personalization
    Minimum 6 to 10 years designing configuring implementing andsupporting Oracle eBusiness Suite modules including Oracle AP andOracle Purchasing iProcurment iSupplier Sourcing ServiceProcurement Inventory
    Supplier life cyclemanagement.
    Should have experience in implementing orsupporting Oracle Release 12 on a minimum of 2 implementations inthe capacity of a technicalLead.

    Academic:

    Abachelors degree in a relevant field such as computer scienceinformation technology or engineering is typically required.
    A masters degree or additional certifications in areassuch as project management or business process management can beadvantageous.

    Technical:
    PMIACP Certification will be an added benefit.
    TOGAFCertification will be an addedbenefit.

    Experience:

    Proven experience in managing Oracle development projects andinitiatives preferably in a similar role as an
    Oracledeveloper or a related position.
    Experience withintegrating diverse systems applications and technologies withincomplex IT environments.
    Strong knowledge of Oracletechnologies of various integration methodologies such asApplication
    Programming Interface (API) management orserviceoriented architecture (SOA) & OracleeBusiness.
    Knowledge of industryspecific integrationchallenges standards and regulations if applicable.
    Create artifacts from the perspective of technology product domainand infrastructure asapplicable.

    Strong technical knowledge of integration conceptsadapters patterns and protocols.
    Expertise with relevanttechnologies and protocols such as RESTful SOAP XML JSON andmessaging systems
    (e.g. JMS) service Oriented and EventDriven architecture (SOA/EDA).
    Analytical andproblemsolving skills to identify integration requirements evaluatesystem compatibility and troubleshoot issues.
    Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectivelywith stakeholders from various departments and levels within theorganization.
    Ability to clearly convey technicalconcepts to nontechnical stakeholders and translate businessrequirements into technical specifications.
    Strongnegotiation and influencing skills to manage expectations resolveconflicts and align integration initiatives with organizationalgoals.
    Collaborative mindset and the ability to work wellin crossfunctional teams including developers architects businessanalysts and project managers.
    Ability to establish andmaintain relationships with external vendors partners or serviceproviders involved in integration projects.
    Strongpresentation skills to deliver updates reports and recommendationsto management and other relevant stakeholders.
    Indepthknowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum is aplus)
