TheDay-To-Day:

With ourspecialized business model, Retirement Counselors are partneringwith 401(k)Sales, Service, and Operational Specialists assupporting The main priorities of Retirement Counselor areto:

• Workwith Plan Sponsors (C-Level Executives) and Plan Administrators byserving as their primarycontact
  
• Helpoversee the navigation of the retirement plan conversion processfrom start tofinish
  
• Presentto groups of Plan Participants, and educate them on their 401(k)Plan offerings while guiding them to saving forretirement
  
• Conductannual plan performance reviews on design enhancements, includingways to improve plan participation and increase employeecontributions
  
• Bethe liaison to each plan s record-keeper and third-partyadministrator
  
• Preparefor regulatory audits and ensure client servicing guidelines aremet
  

YourQualifications:

• Bachelordegree and 4+ years of working in the retirementspace
  
• Series65 (we will help you obtain uponstarting)
  
• Experiencein the complex retirement plan landscape, including the intricaciesof ERISA, DOL, and IRS rules andregulations
  
• Abackground in managing complexity and providing unparalleled clientservice
  
• Willingnessto travel~and present to large groups with varying levels ofinvestmentknowledge

Realisticallynew hires should expect a starting salary of $80,000-$90,000 +bonuses, with total compensation at around $120,000-$150, Bothsalary and bonuses do go up year over;
