Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the painting team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate painting schedules in accordance with project timelines and client requirements.
- Train and mentor painting staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Maintain inventory of paint supplies and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of painting activities within larger projects.
- Uphold safety standards and procedures to create a secure work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paint In Charge or similar role in the construction or interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Perfect fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
