Position SummaryNYU Abu Dhabi has an opportunity available for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Recruitment team.

Reporting to both the Associate Director, Staffing and the Manager, Recruitment & Staffing, the Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the end to end recruitment process for vacancies within an allocated departmental portfolio.

The successful incumbent will also be responsible for short term recruitment projects and assisting the Manager, Recruitment & Staffing with ad hoc assignments as required.

Provide client relationship management services to Hiring Managers to ensure knowledge of best practice recruitment is understood and accomplished Coordinate end to end recruitment for vacancies within the designated portfolio ensuring high level candidates are sourced and managed through the process Conduct candidate interviews via telephone, video or in person alongside Hiring Managers and other employees Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring all candidates, requisitions and postings are processed effectively within appropriate time frames Manage all recruitment administration including offer letters, security clearance coordination, new joiner paperwork and other required administration duties Collaborate with other Recruitment Specialists to ensure recruitment activity is coordinated effectively Maintain reports and communication ensuring senior staff are updated with the status of vacancies
