Description
As a waiter/server, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a delightful dining experience for our guests. You will greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, and promptly address any customer concerns. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.


Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.

Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items and daily specials.

Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.

Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service of dishes.

Serve food and beverages to customers according to established standards and protocols.

Check customer satisfaction regularly and address any concerns or requests.

Anticipate customer needs and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.

Prepare and deliver accurate bills to customers and handle payments.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Assist in setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.

Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain personal hygiene standards.


Salary:
AED2, AED3,200.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
