Refill Roastery ("Refill"), a Certified Great Place to Work Company (GPTW) and a member of Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) was regarded as the biggest specialty coffee roastery based in Al Ain City, Abu Dhabi.

Refill's specialty coffee beans are enjoyed by over 3,000+ home brewers and over 200+ specialty café's across the UAE, GCC and Western Asia.

Refill utilised state of the art technology & facilities to meet the demand of its growing customer based, all coffee beans sourced and roasted are aligned with the SCA standards.

• Preparation of coffee ordered by customer
• Welcome customer, take order and recommend other services
• Maintain and observe proper hygiene within the area specially the bar and the floor area
• Knowledge of basic latte art and other beverage
• Can work on different brewing machines e.g. espresso and filter
• Sanitizing and cleaning all the tools e.g. brewing machines, glass, utensils and others
• Assist the production team for the sorting, packaging of coffee beans when needed
• Conduct regular machine calibrations
• Maintain consistency of the coffee served to the customer
• Support the team members in the bar
• Recommend the best coffee for the customer and perform after sales
• Familiarizations with the retail & wholesale rates
• Monitoring of stocks for both retail and bar
• Participate in cupping for the new coffee origins if needed
• Maintain cleanliness and observe proper hygiene in the assigned area
• Provide customer feedback to the operations & QC
• Observe standard brewing mehods aligned with the SCA
• Oversee stocks and supplies needed in the bar operations
• Observe the bar standard operating procedures(SOP's)
