- Entertaining and conducting hotelinspections with clients.

- Handlingguest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,reporting complaints or problems.
- Assisting toconduct extensive competitor research and maintaining excellentproduct knowledge of the Hotel.
- Understandingclient needs and providing a proposal which best suits theirrequirements.
- Inputting orders, ensuring theyare processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring allorders are accurate and delivered ontime.
- Liaising and working closely with therelated operation departments ensuring guest's requests andexpectations are being met.
- Converting activeleads and achieving personal salestargets.
- Ensuring adherence to laws,regulations, and hotel policies.
- Assisting theteam with any support that theyrequire.
- Maintaining positive guest andcolleague interactions with good workingrelationships.
- To ensure all employees maintainan updated awareness of Hotel product knowledge, current promotion,policy changes and appropriate internalcommunication.
- To maximise the effectiveness ofSales Coordinators by developing each of their skills and abilitiesthrough the appropriate training, coaching, and/ormentoring.
