    Summary

    • Proactively finding opportunities andleads for business growth by being closely in touch withclients.
    • Entertaining and conducting hotelinspections with clients.
    • Arrangingappointments with clients off-site.
    • Handlingguest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,reporting complaints or problems.
    • Assisting toconduct extensive competitor research and maintaining excellentproduct knowledge of the Hotel.
    • Understandingclient needs and providing a proposal which best suits theirrequirements.
    • Inputting orders, ensuring theyare processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring allorders are accurate and delivered ontime.
    • Liaising and working closely with therelated operation departments ensuring guest's requests andexpectations are being met.
    • Converting activeleads and achieving personal salestargets.
    • Ensuring adherence to laws,regulations, and hotel policies.
    • Assisting theteam with any support that theyrequire.
    • Maintaining positive guest andcolleague interactions with good workingrelationships.
    • To ensure all employees maintainan updated awareness of Hotel product knowledge, current promotion,policy changes and appropriate internalcommunication.
    • To maximise the effectiveness ofSales Coordinators by developing each of their skills and abilitiesthrough the appropriate training, coaching, and/ormentoring.

    • Passion for the hospitality industryand eagerness to learn
    • An eye fordetail
    • Be well spoken and an enthusiasticspeaker
    • Be comfortable with computerliteracy
    • Good administrative, organizational,and problem-solving skills
    • Excellentcommunication, sales, and customer serviceskills
    • The ability to multitask, work in afast-paced environment, and meetdeadlines
    • Current knowledge of industry trendsand regulations are anadvantage
