    Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Support and provide high level administrative support
    • Organize and maintain diaries and schedules complex appointments and meetings
    • Coordinate meetings, workshops, trainings, and other communication sessions including setup and support with regards to necessary preparation for those meetings (agenda, reserve conference rooms and equipment and coordinate catering services)
    • Prepare presentations (including training), reports, statistical charts, and briefings
    • Coordinate and establish all travel arrangements (hotels, flights, etc.), reconciling travel and expense reports
    • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing etc.
    • Assist in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
    • Completes, collects, and checks documents for completeness according to given criteria
    • Consolidates data from various sources in single presentations and documents
    • Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information
    • Assist in creating policies, processes, and documents
    • Keep HR Intranet updated
    • Assist in regular reporting and verification activities (e.g. tracking of action items, status, creating reports, follow-ups)
    • Administer training campaign and assist in preparation of trainings
    • Assist with keeping corporate documents up-to-date and administering 'corporate housekeeping' activities

    Your Qualifications And Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Administration or similar
    • Min. 3-5 years of experience in similar role
    • Excellent written and verbal English
    • Extensive experience in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Has experience particularly in coordination & cooperation with multinational environment within the Gulf Region.
    • Understand the required level of confidentiality that the job requires
    • Excel in the usage of MS Office, specifically MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • UAE nationality is a must
