Looking for a smart, presentable female with strong communication skills and proficiency in English.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they enter the office.
  • Direct visitors to the correct Person and Cabin.
  • Incoming phone calls should be answered, screened, and forwarded.
  • Ensure that the reception space is neat and appealing, and that all relevant stationery and materials (such as pens, forms, and brochures) are available.

Salary:
AED4, AED4,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- receptionist: 2 years (preferred)


License/Certification:
- residency visa? (preferred)
