Requirements:

Years of Experience: 7 to 12 years (Minimum 3 years UAE Experience) Working for group of companies or worked in the past
Nationality: Asian
Qualification: CA/ MBA Finance,
Experience in presenting analysis and recommendations at executive & board levels;
Ability to work independently, think creatively, manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment;
Able to operate on multiple levels of abstraction, from strategy to execution, be businessminded and collaborative.

Responsibilities:

Executing financial reporting activities, performing ledger scrutiny and reviewing schedules & reconciliations
Evaluating organization's financial performance; conducting adhoc financial analysis, developing financial planning processes, structuring & implementingoverall commercial plans; reporting findings to Top Level Management
Conducting financial analysis, internal & regulatory reporting, accounting operations and forecasting functions; steered the overall accounting operations & audits for the organization
Identifying loopholes and recommending risk aversion and cost savings measures
Providing strategic insights to improve business performance as well as key insights to focus on the risks that matter
Providing financial control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Own KPI reports to management on financial performance and progress;
Craft materials for the Board of Directors and investors;
Work crossfunctionally with all major C-Level executives to build and track departmental budgets;
Lead a small, flexible team;
Create and build models and indepth analyses to provide insights to key decisionmakers in investment and operational strategies;
Provide detailed analyses on trends that will assist in decision making and corporate planning;
Work closely with the Operations team to forecast production headcount and expenses as our products grow in complexity and size;
Assist management team in communication with board and external stakeholders;

- deliver accurate financial reporting;

Analyze revenues, expenses, and monthly actual to ensure accuracy and perform variance analyses to ensure financial performance of the business;
Own and scale our consolidated strategic and financial planning processes (Forecasts, Budgets, Long Range Plan);
Facilitate adhoc and crossfunctional strategic and operational projects and execute on strategic projects independently and with partners.
