Overview of the role:


  • The primary focus of the role will be to coordinate and manage the preparation of the new vehicles for delivery and physical movements. Acting as the lead to manage all incoming vehicles following PDI, ensuring that the quality and condition is to the highest Al Futtaim standards with an eye for details. This role is a mix of office administrative work and handson interactions with the latest and best electric vehicles and will also coordinate and manage the revenue generating services within a fast paced workshop environment.

What you will do:


  • Coordinate all vehicle deliveries for each day.
  • Ensure that vehicles are prepared; ensuring accessories are fitted as per specifications from the customers and that the vehicle is prepared for delivery with zero errors and omissions.
  • Manage the in and outflow of vehicles with sales coordination team, maintaining an effective and efficient service location with excellent organisational skills.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and manage third party services, maintaining records and logs of the work complete.
  • Conduct physical and system inventory checks on a daily basis to inform BSM and SEs of available stocks.

About the Team:


  • Reporting to the General Manager
  • EV Customer Experience & Strategy and will work closely with the internal and external stakeholders.

What equips you for the role:

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree
  • 2 years in a similar role
  • Efficient coordination in respect of the daytoday activities of a retail operation
  • Proficient with SAP
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
