Description

  • Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D Plans and 3D plans, Shop drawing
- shop drawing for mainly joinery & interior fit out

  • Creating 2D and 3D renderings of joinery products to visualize the final outcome.
  • Experience as an Architect in DUBAI Projects coordinating with DM, Trakhees, Nakheel, DEWA, and DCD,
  • Must know how to prepare Quotation, BOQ, and Scope of Work
  • Design knowledge for Safety & Aesthetics, follow UAE Authority Guidelines
  • Prepare the material list.
  • Execute the interior works as per design.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of materials and suppliers.
  • Prepare and draw shop drawings as per site conditions and as per BOQ.
  • Prepare asbuilt drawing as per site conditions.
  • Prepare transmittal and drawing submission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Civil, interior design or architecture, engineering, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 Years experience in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software
  • Experience in the construction industry and previous experience in a CIVIL ENGINEER role is preferred
  • Must know how to prepare Quotation, BOQ, and Scope of Work
  • Experience in budget management and cost estimation
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Based out of Dubai with a Valid UAE Driving License.

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
