We're looking for a

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?:

Design interaction models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and highfidelity mockups
Work closely with product managers, customer success managers, and customers in driving user goals
Be selfmotivated, with great communication skills and the initiative to drive results
Balance great design with meeting short deadlines
Lead focus groups and usability tests
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Must be a UAE National
You have 4+ yearsexperience in digital usercentred design, and are handson from the initial wireframes to developing prototypes and providing final assets
You are proficient in usercentred design methods, storytelling, and detailed interaction design
You can independently lead all aspects of the design process from conception to delivery
You enjoy the fastpaced environment of a startup
Strong working knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure, InVision, etc.
Knowledge of webbased technologies such as JavaScript, Ajax, HTML5 and CSS is a plus
Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
