To achieve your area sales target (values, mix of products, area coverage, returns, promotion targets)

To distribute your area target to your sales team and to ensure that each member in your team is meeting his monthly sales targets.

To make up lost sales resulting from any weather, technical or other conditions, planning to work in the holidays to meet the work needs

To play a "hands on "role in the marketplace motivating and directing your Sales team to maximise their sales and maintain high standards of customer service.

To ensure that each sales member has their day's route allocated, that they visit each and every shop on the route and log every shop sale on the product record sheet/PDA.

To review daily product record sheet to ensure it is being completed properly, to query any non-sales and to check that all shops on the route were visited.

To carry out your daily tasks as assigned on your Daily Task Sheet by the Sales Manager and report back to him at the end of the day on status of the work required to be done that day in addition to your regular duties as listed herein.

To carefully monitor the market for new developments and changes and report back on these immediately to the Sales Manager.

To personally monitor on an ongoing basis the overall sales targets for each of the Sales member in your team and to take immediate appropriate action to keep their sales on target when necessary.

To monitor carefully the condition and location of the Assits in your sales area and to ensure they are filled in accordance to our company specification, kept clean and tidy and are in the best location possible within the retail outlets itself.

To work closely with the market intelligence department and obtain from them information on the performance of your sales force, trends and/or problems emerging from our sales, condition and positioning of our display assets in the marketplace etc.

Achieve the standards of merchandising with the sales manager.

To promote excellent customer care and train your sales members accordingly.

Close monitoring and managing company's product in the market make sure of expiry dates, movement off-take, product rotation, FIFO, damages, delivery returns and report at time with action as per company's policy

To produce a regular monthly report on the performance of your team as individuals and with respect to your sales targets for the Senior Management.

To carry out any relevant tasks as directed by the Sales Manager or General Manager/Managing Director

Any other tasks and duties asked by company and not against job nature

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Dubai city ?: 6 years (required)
  • FMCG grocery products sales supervisor: 6 years (required)

Language:


  • English (required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving license (required)
