Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up new markets, including creating schedules, assigning responsibilities, monitoring task execution, and communicating with internal teams and external vendors;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives in existing and target accounts;
• Conduct research and analysis to improve the company's understanding of a new market and derive insights to guide the company's strategy;
• Support transformative corporate strategy and development decisions, including new market entry, strategic partnerships, and local regulations.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a FinTech company preferred;
• High skill in relationship building, strong networking skills;
• Experience in brokerages;
• Experience with LME, CME;
• Experience with Singaporean or Tokyo exchanges will be nice to have;
• Familiarity with banking and financial and trading products;
• Being a selfstarter, proactive and able to gather information independently;
• Previous experience supporting geographically distributed financial institutions;
• Demonstrated success within a startup/earlystage organization;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong business competencies;
• Fluent English.
