Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue, drive membership growth, and achieve targets.

Marketing Mastery:

Craft compelling marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract new members, and engage our existing community across online and offline channels.

Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and positive member experience. From class scheduling to facility maintenance, your attention to detail will keep everything running smoothly.

Team Leadership:
Inspire and lead our dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, motivation, and teamwork. Your leadership will be crucial in cultivating a positive and high-performance work environment.

Community Building:
Actively engage with members, fostering a sense of belonging and community spirit. Organize events, challenges, and initiatives to enhance member participation and satisfaction.

Financial Management:

Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance to optimize profitability and contribute to the overall success of Perform Boxing Studio.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in fitness or wellness management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Passion for health and fitness.

Salary:
AED5, AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Management: 3 years (preferred)
