    Aldar Education is currently seeking an outstanding Social Media Executive (Temporary) to support with the opening of new Aldar Education projects

    Minimum Qualifications


    • Bachelor s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
    Minimum Experience


    • A minimum of 3 years work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position.
    • Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI s.
    • Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy and of social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and others.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

    Main Duties


    • Support the Communications Manager in managing all social media channels, campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
    • Work closely with the parents relations executive in schools and other departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
    • As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining our company s social media platforms.
    • You will also be responsible for creating captivating content for all social media pages.
    • Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback on a daily basis is a mandatory task.
    • In addition to this, you should be able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks effectively.
    • You should also be supervising social media campaigns.
    • Furthermore, you should have a strategic mindset and always think out of the box.
    • You should possess extraordinary communication and presentation skills.
    • Besides this, you should have the ability to pay close attention to details.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversees all company social media accounts management
    • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
    • Coordinates social media messaging with advertising agency and quarterly or seasonal company goals
    • Manages parents relations executive, on copywriting and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction/ training.
    • Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
    • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
    • Interviews, hires, and trains social media team members in schools.
    Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product launch or offering


    • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
    • Developing engaging social media strategies, Scheduling social media posts.
    • Coordinating with Graphic Designer and other team members.
    • Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.
