PURPOSE OF THEROLE:

Foreman / Supervisor whowill handle mainly architectural finish works and basicstructure/MEP coordination if required.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinatingdaily tasks according to priorities and plans making changes whennecessary due to weather supply delivery andpersonnel
• Delegating individualresponsibilities and projects to crew members andcontractors
• Recruiting hiring training managingand mentoring employees andcontractors
• Providing adequate resources andstaffing to meet project schedules laws regulations best practicesand safety needs
• Emphasizing safe use of toolsmachinery and equipment while providing training on safety gearhelmets andprocedures
  

KEYQUALIFICATIONS:

• Min67 years experience with infra/building contractorbackground
• HighSchool Diploma or GED required
• Candidates MUSTbe immediately available and currently based in theUAE
• Ability to organize a workschedule
• Ability to solve disputes betweenworkers
