Homestead Realtors is looking for committed and diligent Property Consultant to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay uptodate with the latest real estate trends in Dubai
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other industry professionals
- Manage contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions
- Attend networking events and actively seek out new business opportunities
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage
