Warû is also a Workplace Consultancy agency that helps clients identify their workplace requirements, develop their space guidelines, and implement them. The founders believe in the fundamental value of research, analytical thinking, strategic planning, and brand understanding before starting the design process.
Job Description
We are looking for an Enthusiastic and passionate Business Development Executive who will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline for Warû by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities — while ensuring that only well-aligned, well-prepared opportunities reach the founder for strategic conversations and closing.
Core Responsibilities
- Generate and source leads for Offices, F&B, Residential/Villas, Hospitality, through relationships, partners, targeted outreach, and industry networks.
- Act as the first filter for all opportunities, qualifying leads based on strategic fit, budget, timeline, decision-making, and governance.
- Own and manage the CRM and sales pipeline using Zoho CRM.
- Nurture relationships with past clients and active leads through meaningful, insight-led engagement.
- Manage RFPs and opportunities, coordinate internal inputs, and support on technical and commercial proposals with clear briefing packs.
- Support by preparing meetings, agendas, and follow-ups, and driving post-meeting actions and momentum.
Requirements
- Minimum
5 years of working experience
.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to create business development strategies.
- Having an Interior Design / Architecture / Construction background
is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple deals in a pipeline end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build great relations with clients and gather market information for new projects.
- Self-disciplined, able to meet targets and submit reports on time.
- Driving license
is a must
.
- Must be fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic language
is a plus but not mandatory.
