BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior 365 CRM Dynamics Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior 365 CRM Dynamics Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with clients, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customizations, configurations, and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Collaborate with clients and business analysts to gather and understand requirements for CRM solutions.
• Implement and customize CRM workflows, business rules, and plugins.
• Create and maintain documentation for CRM solutions, including technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing and support quality assurance activities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to CRM implementation and customization.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a 365 CRM Dynamics Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, including customizations, configurations, and extensions.
• Experience with CRM workflows, business rules, and plugins.
• Knowledge of CRM data migrations and integrations.
• Experience with JavaScript and C# development.
• Good understanding of CRM system architecture and data models.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• On-Premises & Cloud experience is a MUST
• .Net Integration
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
