Job Description The Events & Production Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and productions. They will oversee all aspects of event management, from initial concept development to on-site coordination and follow-up activities.

The Events & Production Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality events that meet client objectives.

The role requires strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
• Develop event concepts and themes that align with client goals.
• Plan and manage event budgets, including vendor negotiations and cost control.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of event materials and services.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary equipment and services.
• Manage on-site event logistics and provide support to clients and attendees.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and production.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
