**Job Description

WebDesigner*
Conceptualizing and implementing performanceled
website and mobile app Home Page/Category/PDP UI designs.
Testing and improving the design of the website all across the browser and devices screen.
Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

- eCRM Communication

Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards: widget placements

- product recommendations, cross-sell /upsell etc.

Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with Nazih guidelines.
Incorporating functionalities and features design into website frontend.
Designing pages for dynamic and static content
Deals Page, Ramadan, EID, 1.11Sale, White Friday pages etc.
Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure inline with minimum server load : HTML static pages, CSS.
Fixing site design bugs against page Navigation/optimization.
Banner Adaptations: Mobile App and Web responsive.
Monitor, Track and Review Design KPIs : CTA, Engagement, Navigation, Avg Time Spent etc

KPIs:
CTA, Engagement, Navigation, Avg Time Spent etc.

Required Skill set:

Proficiency in frontend development -web programming languages HTML, CSS and Java Script ( Magento experience preferred)
Proficiency in graphic design Adobe software

- photoshop, illustrator and other visual design tools.
