Job Description

Manage and coordinate logistics operations for our Dubai office, focusing on Hamriyah Port, Rashid Port, Jebel Ali Port, and other relevant ports.

Ensure the smooth flow of armored vehicles through port facilities, from receiving to delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize transportation costs.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to streamline logistics operations.
Oversee the coordination of transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Maintain accurate records and monitor inventory levels to ensure proper stock management.
Stay updated with customs regulations, trade compliance, and industry trends affecting port operations.
Generate reports and analyze data to evaluate logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
Resolve any issues or delays in logistics operations promptly and effectively.
Liaise with other departments, such as production, sales, and customer service, to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Logistics Officer or a similar role, with a focus on port operations in the UAE, including Hamriyah Port, Rashid Port, Jebel Ali Port, etc.

Deep knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and best practices related to port operations.
Familiarity with specialized requirements for transporting and handling armored vehicles is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
