Sales and Marketing Executive**

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Create compelling sales pitches and marketing materials to effectively communicate our products/services.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to drive growth and profitability.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

Requirements:


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Resultsdriven and selfmotivated, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
