• To deliver planned lessons that inspire students to succeed in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Encourage and promote our branding through creative teaching methods, working closely with the marketing team and achieving students' goals
• Teamwork and collaboration with the staff through giving assessments, and reports.
• To be a good communicator at all levels of English.
• Developing positive relationships with all members of our institute's community.
• Working alongside fellow teachers to plan engaging lessons that meet requirements of the curriculum.
• Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly.
• Supervising students' progress as well as working closely with other teachers.
• Clear understanding of the Curriculum
• Organizing the classroom provision and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Planning, preparing and presenting sessions that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
• Motivating students with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching.
• Plan and deliver a range of intervention programmes to support individual needs
• Being reflective of the classroom provision, sessions taught, progress made, and adjusting environment, planning and curriculum to reflect this.
• Carry out duties as directed and within the Institue's policy.
• Support the organizing and taking part in institute events, outings and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening.

• At least Bachelor's degree in English Literature, diploma and masters is an advantage.
• Native or nativelike capabilities in using English.
• Being reflective of the classroom provision, sessions taught, progress made, and adjusting environment, planning and curriculum to reflect this.
• Carry out duties as directed and within the Institute's policy.
• TESOL, CELTA certificates and 7 band and above IELTS are highly recommended.
