Responsibilities

Fully support, configure, maintain & upgrade corporate networks and inhouse servers.
Ensure all time connectivity.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and related hardware and software systems.
Manage and optimize the performance of IT systems to meet business requirements.
Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless IT operations.
Manage CCTV installation and backup.
Manage ERP, bio matrix integration and backup.
SAP B1 HANA data migration, system backup, various reporting, and users management.
Participate in the strategic planning and development of the IT infrastructure.
Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
Implement and manage backup and recovery processes to safeguard critical data.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand IT requirements and provide effective solutions.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Network & System Administrator, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
Indepth knowledge of Windows server environments.
Experience with Azure and M365 technologies, including Active Directory and security related tools
Proficiency in networking protocols, security principles, and infrastructure management.
CCNA or related certification.
Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
