Responsibilities:
Research and Familiarization:
Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations, policies, and procedures related to building permits and approvals in the relevant government entities.
Become well-versed in the TAMM and MEPS systems to efficiently navigate and utilize their features.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Identify and troubleshoot any challenges or issues that may arise during the approval process. Collaborate with internal teams and government entities to resolve problems and find solutions while adhering to project timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with the TAMM and MEPS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and zoning laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problemsolving and analytical thinking skills.
